7:45pm update: A strong thunderstorm with gusty winds, heavy rainfall and  frequent lightning over Northeast NJ will move into NYC around 8:30pm-9pm. Some moderate to heavy rainfall well ahead of this storm will actually move in before that.  This storm will move east after 9pm. So this game between Yankees and Rangers may resume after this delay.  But some additional scattered showers and thunderstorms over PA may move in later in the evening. Stay tuned for more updates here, as necessary, this evening.

Latest indications some showers or thunderstorms associated with the remnants of TS Cindy will be moving offshore during mid-late morning hours on Saturday. More sunshine and dry weather are now anticipated for Yankees vs Rangers game Saturday afternoon. Temperatures will warm into mid-upper 80s and humidity will decrease by late afternoon.
