New York Metro Weather agrees to make every effort possible to protect your privacy. Our company will never share any of your personal information with any other businesses, entities, or persons with the exception of forecasters and employees of our company.
Services Provided
New York Metro Weather provides subscription and registration forecasts for clients who subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. These forecasts provide daily hourly forecasts at a micro-scale level for multiple locations. In addition, hazardous weather information is relayed throughout these briefings. Each briefing is specifically tailored to a client and their set location(s). Hazardous weather briefings are also issued with forecast risk areas out to 8 days. Each client will gain their own web page on New York Metro Weather. A specific, designated account will be set up that only an administrator from the client company can access.
New York Metro Weather strives to maintain the highest level of accuracy possible within the Tri-State area. Our forecasters have significant experience in forecasting the weather in this local area. mesoscale features that our terrain and geography provides create significant challenges for forecasts. There may be substantial differences in forecasts over small locations.
Indemnification
Upon subscribing or registring for our product, you agree to indemnify all employees of New York Metro Weather including its owners, forecasters, and partners. In addition you agree to hold us harmless from any losses, damages, expenses, or costs resulting from the use of our data or forecasts.
