About John Homenuk

John is a meteorologist, weather consultant and storm chaser. John started New York Metro Weather in 2008, and the website officially became an established LLC in 2012. After studying meteorology at Kean University, John also founded Empire Weather LLC, a meteorology consulting service. In addition to writing and reporting for New York Metro Weather, John is a storm chaser, photographer, and avid drinker of coffee.
