Clouds will increase this afternoon as a dynamic storm system approaches the area from the west. Showers will become widespread by this evening, with periods of rain continuing through Thursday morning. Temperatures will drop considerably as the evening goes on. Clearing is anticipated by Thursday afternoon, with real-feel temperatures in the upper 20’s.
Another round of winter weather will occur early this afternoon as a weak low pressure system passes through the Northeast states. Dynamics will support the development of moderate to heavy snow for a few hours across Eastern Pennlsyavania, New Jersey and Southeast New York.
The National Weather Service issued a Weather Advisory for the NYC Metro Area from Thursday morning through Friday morning, with the expectation of 4-8″ of snow and the possibility of travel delays and difficulties. A
